Quarter (Arabic Book)

Recently, the novel "Quarter of Time" by Syrian writer Susan Khawatmi was published by Dar Mime in Algeria, and it will soon be released in a second edition in Lebanon. The novel embodies the state of Syrian society under the kingdom of fear and an iron grip, through the life of journalist Naela, who defends her freedom of choices in life but stumbles upon a failed love affair and faces her daughter's rejection.
