Return Policy
OVERVIEW
Products can be returned within 3 days and exchanged within 7 days from date of purchase, given that the item is sealed and is kept in its original conditions.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, or the wrong item is delivered, please email us as soon as possible at Support@fnac.sa with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. In such cases, the return and pickup cost of the item is covered by Fnac.
Customer has the right to return or replace items with a manufacturing defect (non-software) with a similar item within 7 days of purchase date based on following:
1. Device must be free of scratches or signs of misuse.
2. Original packaging along with the box, user manuals and accessories must be returned with the device.
3. A technical report from the Authorized Service Center might be required prior to replacement.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
● The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of delivery.
● All items must be accompanied by the sealed invoice that arrived with the shipment.
● Exchange option is not available online.
● Online orders can be returned or exchange in FNAC stores within KSA by submitting the invoice or order confirmation.
● Return shipping fee of 25 SAR is charged per Return Request.
● Return shipping charges shall be covered by the customer if initiated by the customer for reasons other than wrong/damaged items delivered by us.
● Credit Card refunds might take 7 to 14 working days to be processed according to the customer’s bank policies.
● Customers may return any returnable item within three (3) days from the receiving date; provided that the returned products are in the original condition they were purchased in.
● Customers are not entitled to return used, damaged & improperly stored products, or products that were prepared upon the customer’s request, or products that were already installed at the customer’s site.
● Items purchased in store cannot be returned or exchanged online.
● Books, CDs, DVDs, Vinyls, Software, Video Games, Digital Cards, and service charges cannot be exchanged or refunded.
● Products on sale or discount cannot be refunded or exchanged.
● Items purchased through vouchers or installment service cannot be refunded in cash.
● Digital codes & cards (iTunes, Xbox, PlayStation, Spotify, etc.. gifts cards), once ordered, cannot be exchanged or refunded.
● Gift items must be accompanied by the original gift receipt.
● Refunds will be done on the same payment method used, except for orders placed via COD where we will transfer the money to the account provided by the customer.
● Any purchase via Tabby will be refunded by Tabby on acceptance of return.
WARRANTY, MAINTENANCE & REPAIR
1) All electronic devices have a 2-year warranty (Manufacturer’s guarantee) except for accessories.
2) Maximum repair time of 14 days from the maintenance request date (not including the time needed to provide the necessary spare parts).
