Payment

What Payment methods can I use?

Credit/Debit card: Mada, Visa, Master, AMEX

Installment: Tabby

Cash On Delivery: This option is available for cart order Up to 500 SAR only. You cannot combine COD with other payment methods. The whole order must be paid in cash as we do not provide card machine at the delivery spot.

Others: Apple Pay is eligible only for Mada, Visa, Master and AMEX cards.

Is there COD fees?

There is no additional COD charges.

How will I receive my refund for order placed on COD and in case of installment?

In case of COD, You will be contacted to send your banking detail and the amount will be refunded to the provided account within utmost 14 business days.

In case of installment used by Tabby, the amount will be refunded to your Tabby account. For further questions please contact help@tabby.ai

Can I use foreign currencies to make a payment?

International cards from the following countries are accepted. However, Currency in SAR is only accepted and foreign currencies are not accepted.

Can I be refunded in Cash?

All refund process are processed in the same payment method of purchase with an exception of COD. You will be requested to share your bank account details and the amount will be refunded to the provided account.

Orders

How do I know my order has been accepted?

You will receive an SMS containing the order and tracking details. You can check your order details in “Account”< “My orders” .

When will I receive my order?

Estimated delivery time in Khobar and Dammam is 1 business day once order has been accepted.

Estimated delivery time in rest of the cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is 2-5 business days.

How can I track my order if I placed it as a guest?

You will receive an SMS containing the order and tracking details.

Can I cancel or edit my order once placed?

You cannot edit or cancel the order once placed. However, you can create a return request once the order has been fulfilled.

Can I return my order?

Any returnable product from your order can be returned within 3 days if sealed and kept in its original conditions. You can also return any order to our physical store.

The amount will be refunded within 14 business days.

*Non-returnable items:

Books, CDs, DVDs, Vinyls, software, video games, digital cards and service fees cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Products offered on sale or discount cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Digital codes, vouchers and cards (iTunes, Xbox, PlayStation, Spotify, etc. gift cards) cannot be exchanged or refunded once ordered.

Can I exchange my order?

We do not have an exchange option in our online store. However, you can exchange the product in our store within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Can I request an order to be shipped as a gift?

Currently, we do not have this feature.

Can I purchase an order online and pick up from store?

Click and Collect option is now available on FNAC. Please collect the products within 3 days of placing the order.

Delivery

Do you have international shipping?

We currently offer shipping service all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.

What can I do if I receive a damaged item?

Take the photo of the damaged item immediately and place a return order mentioning the reason. The amount with the shipping fees will be refunded within 2-3 business days.

Will I get a refund for the shipping fee if I received wrong item?

The shipping fee will be refunded only in case of wrong/damaged item delivered to the customer.

Am I eligible for free shipping?

Orders above 299 SAR are qualified for free shipping.

What is the average shipping cost?

The fixed shipping cost is 25 SAR up to cart value of 299 SAR. However, there might be addition charges like installation fee for heavy shipments.

Can I change my shipping address after submitting the order?

Once the order has been placed the shipping details for the order cannot be changed. However, you can change your shipping details in the account section for your next order purchase. Please do not hesitate to contact customer service in any case.

Can I see product reviews from other customers?

You can read product reviews from other customers on our website. You will find reviews on each page below the product, providing you with numerous feedback and ratings to help you make your purchasing decisions.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

If you can add a product to your cart, it means that the product is in stock and available for purchase. Our website is updated in real time, so you can trust that availability information is accurate. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our customer service team.

What is the warranty or guarantee on your products?

1) All electronic devices have 2 years warranty (manufacturer warranty) except accessories.

2) The maximum repair time is 14 days from the date of the maintenance request (not including the time required to provide the necessary spare parts).

To edit your personal data, open “Account” from the top of the navigation page; Then click on “My Account”.

I want to follow my order

Click “Account” on the menu bar. Then click on “My Orders” to check the details of your order.

I want to return a product

Click “Account” in the menu bar. Then click on “Exchange & Return” to proceed with the return of any product within the contents of your order.

How can I delete my Fnac account?

Go to “Account” on the top menu bar > Go to “My Account” > Click on the “I want to delete my account” option.

How to unsubscribe from Newsletter?

Click on the “Unsubscribe” option received in your email.

What are working hours of the customer service?

Saturday to Thursday: 10am - 10pm

Friday: 1pm - 10pm

What is the return and exchange policy?

1) Products can be returned within 3 days and exchanged within 7 days of purchase, as the product must be sealed and kept in original condition.

2) The product will be exchanged for another product of the same or higher value, in which case the difference must be settled.

3) Books, CDs, DVDs, Vinyls, software, video games, digital cards and service fees cannot be exchanged or refunded.

4) Product purchased through vouchers or installment service cannot be redeemed for cash.

5) Codes and digital cards (iTunes, Xbox, PlayStation, Spotify, etc. Gift Cards), once ordered, cannot be exchanged or refunded.

6) Gifts must be accompanied by the original gift receipt.

Can I request to change the my phone number in the Invoice?

The invoice cannot be changed after it is created.

If the free gift that comes with an item is out of stock what do we do in such case?

Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

If there is an item associated with a gift as a promotional offer should the customer return the gift if he wishes to return the item?

The gift that came with the original product must be returned and must be kept wrapped.

How many branches of Fnac are there in Saudi?

Currently we own one branch, located in Dammam, Nakheel Mall, Gate 5.
