Shipping Policy
Introduction
This Shipping & Payment Policy sets out the terms and conditions “ T&C ” on which products are supplied to you as a buyer on https://fnac.sa/ .
Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order via our platforms. By placing an order on our platform, you are agreeing to be bound by these T&Cs with immediate effect.

Order Process
Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an SMS within 1 business day containing your tracking number.
Shipping Policy
● Orders once processed will be delivered to you within 24 hours in Dammam and within 3-5 days within the rest of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. An SMS will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
● Shipping charges per order is 25 SAR up to cart value 299 SAR.
● Free shipping is available for orders above 299 SAR.
● Shipping fee will not be refunded on return except in case of faulty/damaged item received.
● Accepting shipment from the shipping company declares that the package is in good condition and it is sealed upon receiving.
● We only deliver orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
● We may charge extra for delivery of items above 10 kg based on their size and weight.
Payment policy
● We accept one-time online payment using Visa/Mada/Master/AMEX credit & debit cards as well as Apple Pay in currency (SAR) only.
● We accept installment online payments exclusively via Tabby.
● Cash on Delivery option is available for orders up to 500 SAR only.
● Order via COD shall be paid fully in cash as we do not provide card machines on spot of delivery.
● There are no additional COD charges on our website.
● You cannot combine two payment methods for purchase of a single order.
● Your payment information will NOT be stored on our platform.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We may provide notice of updates to you in writing to the last address provided, by email, by posting on the Website or by any other reasonable means of communication.
