It is true that "Al-Rahibah," as Darwish referred to her, never made any subsequent publications, but he was certain that she would, especially after he repeated it to her, openly and for the second time, when he informed her, from Jordan, in the spring of 2008, asking her:
"Announce the papers after at least 5 years and publish them
Let them be my gift and surprise, through your hands... I, the undersigned, Mahmoud Darwish."
On the occasion of the New Year in 1991, a journalistic meeting brought her together with the poet Mahmoud Darwish, who wrote it down for her in his own handwriting, carrying within its folds the seeds of a friendship that would last until his final days and his recommendations to her in late winter 2007:
"I have left you with papers that I truly loved as I wrote them... You know that I dedicated more than one evening to accomplish them. Do you appreciate my efforts and will you keep them safe for my readers?"
