It is difficult to understand why the house was named 'Sunny Mountain Summit,' as there are no mountains or peaks around here. The land is flat and more suitable for elderly residents. The house itself is a relatively large Victorian-style palace, in good condition. There are some shady trees that delight the onlookers, as well as the surrounding loblolly plants. Two Araucaria trees add a peculiar atmosphere, and there are several seats arranged in suitable places to enjoy the sunlight.
