Upon receiving the message, she immediately felt drowsy, weak, and a trembling sensation coursing through her from fear. As she received the second message, just seconds after the first, her breath quickened, and she felt her heart pounding in her ears. Nothing around her seemed familiar in that moment; even the most basic things felt strange. The shoes she caught a glimpse of while reading the message were no longer recognizable, nor was the shape of the ground she stood on or even the phone in her hands.
